Minecraft Redstone Circuits
Minecraft Redstone Circuits is a feature that allows you to build sophisticated mechanisms using Redstone Wire as the base.
What is Redstone Circuitry?
The easiest way to think of Redstone Circuits, is like a blueprint or guidelines for building with Redstone Wire. When you create a mechanism using a Redstone Torch, Wire, Blocks, etc. you are creating a ‘Circuit’.
Redstone Circuit Tutorial – How to Make a Redstone Circuit
Essentially this entire Redstone Tutorial
is a circuit tutorial in it’s most basic form, as we are providing you with knowledge on the components and mechanics. By using a combination of Wires, Torches, and Redstone Repeaters, you can create Circuits. However, Redstone Circuitry gets infinitely complex, and requires much theory-based research before attempting to tackle (stay tuned for an advanced Circuits tutorial). These circuits are often times better managed using a simulator.
Redstone Circuit Simulator
It is much easier to create mechanisms in Minecraft using a Redstone Simulator. You may end up working on a circuit for hours and hours, only to realize that a Creeper has sabotaged a Wire, which in turn will ruin the whole circuit. Rather than running into these problems, consider using a Simulator.
