Welcome to the very first Redstone Blog, dedicated entirely (well, maybe just 90%) to Minecraft Redstone! Whether you’re brand new to Minecraft, or becoming an advanced veteran, you NEED to know about Redstone, and that’s where we come in. Below you will find some of the amazing features of this site, as well as some of our upcoming plans. So keep reading and stay tuned, or we’ll hit you with a Pick-axe! Minecraft Redstone Tutorial

Before we launched the site, we made it our goal to provide the essential knowledge required for basic Redstone mastery. With no further delay, we would like to introduce the Redstone Tutorial. Rather than fighting through piles of information on Wikis and Search Engines, we have made a clear and concise Tutorial that will walk you through the basics of Redstone. By the end of this tutorial, you will know what each of the following things are:

• Redstone Ore
• Redstone Dust
• Redstone Wire
• Redstone Torch
• Redstone Repeater
• Redstone Circuits

Redstone Circuit Simulator

Once you know the basics of Redstone, you will understand how complicated the Circuitry can become. Also, with pesky creepers running around sabotaging your Wires, you can end up with a ton of headaches. Redstone Videos

As intriguing as we might think we are, there’s only so much justice that words on a screen can provide. That’s why we have decided to create a section of the site dedicated to Minecraft Redstone Videos. At first we will populate this with pre-existing videos that we find to be of value, but our intentions are to make custom video tutorials in the near future. Stay tuned!

Forums, Advanced Tutorials and Contests.. Oh My!

So, not only are we planning on doing custom videos, but we also have a few other goodies up our sleeves. Keep coming back to MinecraftRedstone.net and we will shower you with more goodies. We plan on creating a Redstone-dedicated forum, so that you can spread the love in a social way and help each other learn. We will also be creating advanced tutorials, for those of you who are slightly more gifted. And by far the most exciting thing we have planned, are contests and contests, and MORE CONTESTS! We want to make sure that you guys keep coming back, so we are going to offer prizes that will rock your pick-axes off!
